Forward any email to Ranch Hand

Send emails with attachments to ranch@ranchhandapp.io. This works from any email app on your phone or computer.

💡 Tip: You can forward old emails, receipts, contracts, or anything with important ranch information.

We process it automatically

Ranch Hand extracts text from images and PDFs using OCR, identifies people and places mentioned, and creates a searchable summary.

💡 Tip: Processing usually takes 30-60 seconds. You'll see it appear in the Incoming queue.

Review and verify (optional)

Check the Incoming page to review what was extracted. You can edit details or approve documents to add them to the wiki.

💡 Tip: Documents appear in search and browse immediately, even before verification.
